Dog Behavior Solutions, Inc. is a Chicago based company engaging in dog behavior modification services. Founded by the end of the twentieth century by Janice Triptow, it was one of the first to employ behavior modification in an in-home environment and provides quality reeducation for pets and is also an avid instructor for the Anti Cruelty Society School of Dog Training, where she instructs young hopefuls in dog training.
The company largely depends on the one person, Janice, to run the show. She was one of the first five hundred and fifty pet dog trainers, who received the Certification of the Council for the Certification of Pet Dog Trainers, a nationwide society. She also is a fully fledged member of an international association, the Animal Behavior Consultants International Association, which gave Janice the certification to practice as a dog behavior consultant.
The Association of Pet Dog Trainers list Janice Triptow as a professional member, where she also was elected to serve on the internal ethics committee. Certified by the Red Cross as a Pet First Aid professional, she received further certificates from the AKC as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.
The services offered by Janice through her Dog Behavior Solutions, Inc. are to firstly evaluate the behavior of the dog in question. She will come to the dog’s habitat and assess the behavior of the dog on the home ground. During evaluations, most humans who interact with the canine will be interviewed and their observations and concerns noted. After the evaluation has taken place, Janice will instruct the owner of her opinion and the possibilities and options which are available to help the owner and the dog.
If the owner finds that a behavior modification is warranted, then Janice can start with this program. A tailor made program will be supplied by Janice, specially designed to address your and your dog’s problems. You will be taught how to interact with your pet and successfully implement required actions and modifications in behavior. She will furthermore help you better understand the attempts of the dog to communicate with you and explain how you can explain the dog what you want it to do.
Since that the behavioral modification and additional training which is necessary to achieve the envisioned goals are extensive, the classes you and your dog need to attend together with Janice may be, depending on the extent of the problem, amounting to a moderate amount of time. It seems to be a recipe to success, because Janice is very popular and the word of mouth is keeping the Illinois native pretty busy.
